Ingredients to make Gongura Chutney

1 set Aamelli leaves or Gongura leaves
2 tomatoes
5 pieces of Green Chilli
Tamarind 1 tbsp
Chopped Onions 1, large
Garlic
Salt to taste
Groundnuts
Coconut powder

How to make Gongura Chutney

Blend groundnuts and coconut powder in a mixer jar for 1 minute to make a fine powder.
Soak the tamarind in water for about 15 minutes.
Take a bowl and add Aamelli or Gongura leaves, chopped onions, chopped green chilies, chopped tomatoes and boil for 10 minutes until all are cooked.
Take the cooked vegetables and put into a mixer jar which is already having a ground nut powder, add 1 tablespoon sugar, soaked tamarind and turn on the mixer jar until it becomes a paste.
Your tasty Gongura Chutney is ready.
